Yes. After six months of engagement you may convert an engineer to your own payroll with a mutually agreed conversion fee. Around a third of our engineers eventually join client teams directly, and we plan for it openly.

Staff augmentation contracts can be terminated with 30 days written notice. For dedicated squads we run formal 30/60/90-day reviews and will replace any team member at no additional cost if performance expectations are not met.
